What is a good wedding gift?
I’m flying back to my home town for my (high school) best friend’s wedding this weekend. I have already used a vacation day and spent almost $1000 just on plane tickets and a new suit, but now my cash flow is getting low quick. What would be a good gift for mid-20′s couple to show that I care but won’t kill my already shrinking wallet.
If you were my friend, seeing that you spent money to fly out and what not, I wouldn’t be expecting an expensive gift. Some of the gifts I loved when I got married were just simple cheese and cracker crystal platter ( I think it cost 40 bucks) and another serving platter. I really use those gifts all the time.
