Env2 problem!!?!?!?!?
Okay, so I had my phone on vibrate, so it wouldn’t make much noise. This afternoon i went to turn the volume up, but it wouldn’t work! When the screen turns dark and i press the volume switch, it lightens back up! Any ideas? Did i accidentaly set it to some kind of mode? Or is it broken? If it is broken will Verizon exchange my phone for a new one? I’ve only had it since a little bit into summer vacation? Any help here?!?!??!?
just take it to your local VZW store and they will be able to either fix it or swap it out for a new one and if they do that they will be able to transfer photos videos and contacts also.
