vacation zurich switzerland
Questions about train from Interlaken to Munich..during the day. Looking to fly from Philly to Bern or Zurich?
Would like to start at Bern or Zurich, Switzerland for a 12 day vacation that goes through the Alps enroute to Munich. Then Rothenbug, Berlinm, Dresden, Vienna, Prague, Budapest. Will book air from Budapest to Venice, then train it to Rome where we will fly back to Philly. Some places will be a day, some just a stop. Anyone with thoughts,suggestions and opinions….
Looking for opinions about these cities, what not to miss what to skip…Will be blowing through places.
You want to do 9 stops in 12 days ? I guess in some of them you will only see either the airport or the train station.
These are my thoughts.
e.g. a train from Munich to Berlin could take anywhere between 6 to 10 hours.
Guess you could travel by train at night and then spend the day in the town.
