where are some inexpensive areas to vacation in SanDiego CaL?
Traveling to San Diego California and wan to to some of some in expensive tours of interest for my husband and myself> We are in our 50′s.
San Diego has a trolley system that can take you from Old Town Station to the Mexico Border and inland through Mission Valley.
You can buy a day pass which makes it very easy to get off and enjoy yourself at many of the stations like Old Town Historical District. You can ride all day and night and most routes run every 12-15 mins. so it always easy to get around
Also the Gaslamp District is a great place for dining and entertainment any night of the week. All very safe and very tourist friendly
Going to north county like Oceanside and Carlsbad is very nice too especially if you drive up Pacific Coast Highway 101 and go through all the beach towns like Del Mar, Leucadia, La Jolla, Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Oceanside
Carlsbad has the world famous flower fields and gret outlet store mall
You can enjoy San Diego all day long and not spend 1/2 what going to SeaWorld would cost
