Anyone ever stay at Marriott Village Orlando?
We’re taking a family vacation to Disney in November, and we’ll be staying at Marriot Village in Lake Buena Vista. I’m wondering if there are any stores or complexes at the ‘village’, or is it just called that because it’s a cluster of Marriott hotels in one place. Thanks much!
The “village” is 3 badged Marriott hotels grouped together. We stayed at the Springhill Suites and they were really good value. The other 2 hotels are Courtyard and Fairfield Inn.
The village is a good choice for an “off” Disney hotel. Everything was clean and well cared for.
You can use the facilities at any of the hotels and there are 3 pools. There is also a food court which was the usual sort of thing.
As you are going in November and it won’t be too hot it is quite a pleasant walk to downtown Disney where there are plenty of stores and restaurants.
Just outside the Disney entrance not far from the hotel are quite a few chain restaurants like Perkins & Golden Corral.
It’s also not far by car to the Lake Buena Vista outlet stores on the 535.
