What is the average market price for an apartment in Miami, FL?
Is Highleah is part of Miami. How far is it from Miami if is not part of Miami. What is the different between Miami & Miami Beach. I’m planning on taking a vacation with friends. We just don’t want to be confused. What are the places we should go for our 1st time visit. For adults only & for children
(family outlings).

The price of an apartment in Miami depends on the location and the size of course. Recently I was checking on places in Brickell Ave. and found the average price of a 2 bedroom apt. at a luxurious condominium building is $600,000 .
Other areas that might be expensive is some of Miami Beach, primarily the main streets where all the Hotels and Restaurants are. Also anywhere where there is a view or access to the water . In general ,every city in Miami-Dade county has prime real estate, with prices sky high. Other times you are paying for the prestige of an area. And others you have to look for what really counts for you. When I first moved here, I use to be confused as of wich places were good enough to live, since I don’t have children, noise and robbery where the main concerns for me. So I went and look for areas but found that you cannot escape thefts no matter where, but you can install an alarm and make your house as safe as possible.
Finally I found a quiet enough place, and pay a very reasonable price for it . And that is in Homestead area. It is also a lot less traffic congestions here.
As far as the other parts of your question , I am not sure.
