Cheap Florida Vacation ideas?
So now that it is actually chilly in Florida, beach trips aren’t exactly “in-season” right now.
there are only two of us and we are trying to find somewhere to go for a night or two
the budget is limited to about $100-150 (maybe a little more depending on if we splurge) and that amount does NOT include gas for the car
any ideas?
all suggestions are welcome because we don’t really know where to go
all the vacation websites are aggravating us because they all say Miami Beach! Disney World!
We just want a romantic, extremely easy-going getaway

King’s Bay Lodge in Crystal River (I have stayed here 3 times, it is laid back but is not ‘fancy’, it is more like a dive camp, but you don’t have to dive to enjoy the boat rides to see the manatees and the room rates are reasonable)
