cancun vacation reviews
I’m looking for a vacation to cancun for this summer and in looking I came across a good deal at a resort…
the resort is called Carousel. I was reading some reviews and found out that this resort is on the lagoon side of Cancun. I’m not sure what this means but in one of the reviews on tripadvisor, the review said that it’s best to stay on the ocean side. Does anyone know anything about this, maybe what the beaches are like, the water, or anything else. Thanks yall.

Here’s the deal – you don’t swim in the Lagoon, but it is where you do all of your watersports, ’cause it’s almost always to rough in the Ocean.
So, if your’re into beach, then no Lagoon, ’cause you can get to the Lagoon pretty easy, and unless you’re at a hotel on the beach, getting to the beach can be challenging. If you don’t care that much about the beach – if you’re there for the nightlife and restaraunts, the lagoon can be fine. (It can also be a little musty in some areas.)
