Does my employer have to pay me my accured vacation/personal time if they lay me off?
Im in the state of Arkansas. I worked for a company for a long time. And they suddenly without warning laid me off due to lack of business/revenue. I have a ton of vacation time, and personal time accrued. And they did not put it into my final check. I would like to know this quick so i dont look like a jerk-off when i call them and ask about it. thank you very much!
